Divorce Mediation Niagara Region & Toronto (ONLINE across Ontario) Private, Structured Support

Divorce does not need to become a financial and emotional demolition project.

When couples are overwhelmed, communication breaks down and legal processes can become painfully expensive simply because no one is holding the emotional and relational centre.

Divorce mediation offers a private, structured way to make decisions calmly, reduce conflict, and move forward with dignity.

Harvard-Trained Approach

I completed the Harvard Mediation Intensive through the Program on Negotiation (PON)

at Harvard Law School, with training in

structured mediation process, ethical decision‑making, bias awareness, and working with strong emotions.

Schedule YOUR Mediation

A calm, structured process to reach separation terms and parenting agreements—without the courtroom spiral.

Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation (PON)

Divorce mediation and co‑parenting agreements. Build a workable plan one clear decision at a time.

Mediation and Conflict Management

Divorce mediation for separating couples in Niagara, Toronto and through out Ontario.

Calm, structured sessions that reduce conflict and produce clear, lawyer‑ready outcomes.

I provide a structured mediation process that helps separating couples make decisions calmly, document agreed terms clearly, and reduce the emotionally-driven conflict that often inflates legal time and cost.

I am not a lawyer

Important legal note: I am not a lawyer and I do not provide legal advice.

I can help you reach clear, workable decisions and document your agreed terms in a lawyer- ready written summary.

While we do the decision-making and emotional containment here, lawyers finalize the legal instrument.

You are strongly encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before signing any separation agreement.

Save Thousands

Many couples find that mediation significantly reduces total legal spend because the emotional conflict is stabilized, decisions are made in a structured process, and lawyers can focus on legal review and finalization rather than managing repeated escalation.

Benefits/coverage: Some clients may be able to submit psychotherapy services through extended health benefits depending on their plan and the nature of the service provided. Receipts are issued consistent with the service delivered. Please confirm coverage directly with your insurer.

For Family Lawyers: A Structured Mediation Partner When Emotion Derails Negotiation

I welcome professional referrals for clients who are stuck in high-conflict separation dynamics and need a structured mediation process to reach workable terms.

My approach is designed to reduce emotional escalation, keep negotiations productive, and produce organized written outcomes for counsel to review and formalize.

I provide a structured mediation process that helps separating couples make decisions calmly, document agreed terms clearly, and reduce the emotionally-driven conflict that often inflates legal time and cost.

Where appropriate and only with informed, written consent I can coordinate process details with counsel so negotiated terms move smoothly into legal review and finalization.

When a separation file is being driven by fear, anger, shutdown, or circular communication, legal strategy alone often can’t create traction. My work is designed to stabilize the human side of the negotiation so counsel can do what they do best: provide legal advice, protect client interests, and finalize enforceable documents efficiently.

I am not a lawyer and I do not provide legal advice. My role is to support a neutral, forward-moving process that produces clarity so independent legal advice and final drafting can happen cleanly.

Professional referrals: If you would like a brief discussion about fit, process, and how I document outcomes for legal review, email me directly and I will respond promptly.
